We have made our systems compliant with new VAT rules that came into action from 1st July 2021. There should be no extra charges for customers in the EU, as we have already declared and covered all taxes. However, customers from some countries are experiencing issues with unexpected charges.

If you are asked to pay customs duty or any other fees to receive your parcel, do please let us know and we’ll work with you to find away to cover the extra costs.
